How we work
Prove it on real work before anyone commits.
Automation projects fail when they start with a long planning phase and a big budget. Ours start with a narrow, high-value workflow and a working result you can judge for yourself.
- 60%+ smaller production team
- ₹1 crore+ annual cost removed
- Days → minutes per deliverable
The four stages
Each stage stands alone. You decide whether there is a next one.
Demo on a market you choose
You pick the market and share the template you ship today. We show you the automated version of that exact deliverable, so the first thing you judge is output rather than a slide about output. No cost and no commitment attached to it.
You get: a working demo on a market you recognise, and a clear view of which service is worth starting with.
Pilot on your real work
We take the service you decided to start with and run it against your actual data, producing your actual output format. Not a mock-up and not sample data — a real deliverable you can hold next to one your team produced.
You get: a working automation and a finished deliverable, typically two to four weeks in. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Build and integrate
The pilot becomes production. That means hardening it against edge cases, adding validation, connecting it to the systems your team already uses, and documenting it properly so it is maintainable by people other than us.
You get: a production system, documentation, and training for the people who will operate it.
Run or hand over
Some clients want us to operate and evolve the system as a managed service. Others want their own team to own it entirely. Both are legitimate, and we will tell you which one actually fits your situation rather than the one that suits us.
You get: either an ongoing managed service with agreed service levels, or a clean handover with the knowledge transferred.
Commercial models
Three ways to work with us.
Project
A defined system, built and delivered against a fixed scope and price. Best when you know what you want automated and want to own the result.
- Fixed scope and price
- Full handover and documentation
- Optional support retainer
Managed automation
We build and then operate the system for you on an ongoing basis. Best when automation is core to delivery but you do not want to hire an engineering team for it.
- Monthly retainer
- Agreed service levels
- Continuous improvement included
Advisory
Strategy, architecture and technical direction without the build. Best when you have capable engineers but want a clear roadmap and a second opinion on approach.
- Automation and AI roadmap
- Architecture and vendor review
- Team enablement
How we operate
Six commitments.
These are not aspirations. They are how we scope, price and deliver, and we are happy to be held to them.
We start small deliberately
One workflow, proven, before anything wider. A pilot that fails costs you weeks, not a year.
We build on your data
Pilots run on real inputs and produce real outputs. Demo data hides exactly the problems that matter.
We say when not to automate
Some work should stay with a human. Telling you that costs us revenue and saves you a failed project.
We leave you able to maintain it
Documented, explainable systems. Lock-in through dependency is not a business model we are interested in.
We treat your data as yours
Private deployment where required, no training on your content, and clear contractual boundaries.
We report honestly
If something is not working, you hear it from us first — with what we are doing about it.
Typical timeline
From first conversation to production.
Stages overlap rather than queue. Build starts while the pilot is still being reviewed, so nothing waits on a sign-off meeting.
The demo is the only real first step.
Pick a market, send us the template you use today, and judge the result yourself. Everything else follows from that.
